I originally sought out Chiropractic care because my jaw had been locking for months. The pain became too much and I tried every resource before settling on seeing Dr. Mark.

It was not until another excruciating night of extreme cramps that I thought I’d mention this pain on my next visit. Since I was 12, once a month on the onset of my period I would get the most horrific cramps. I would have to take the day off from EVERYTHING to spend it doubled over in pain, with a pillow rolled up and pressed deep in my abdomen. I would lay in the fetal position for hours, taking breaks only to rotate between a heating pad and a bubble bath. My best friends during this time were a fresh bottle of Midol and a six pack of Coke. When Dr. Mark said he could help-I’m afraid to admit it-but I was in disbelief.

The next month rolled by and I was embarrassed to tell Dr. Mark that my cramps would be stating soon, so I just had to blurt it out. Still, after the adjustment, I continued to think, “Yeah right! If nothing else has worked in 14 years, why should this.” As the day passed and my period began I was prepared to spend another day in bed in immense pain, but it NEVER STARTED! It was the first time I was able to sleep through the night regardless of my cycle! In the morning, I went to work just as it was another day! I thought at best, my cramps would be weak, but again I was wrong-THEY WERE GONE, not even a little bit uncomfortable- GONE!

So may aspects of my life have improved since I started chiropractic care- I sleep better, my appetite is normal, I have more energy-but I never expected to be completely PAIN FREE!

I’ve had backaches ever since I can remember. As a kid my backaches weren’t taken so seriously. When I was around sixteen, the doctors discovered I had scoliosis. All the doctors did was give me muscle relaxers which made me feel like a ninety-year old. Now, at the age of twenty, I finally had enough because I got really hurt at work. Since my mom works next door to Dr. Mark she referred me to him. I came to see Dr. Mark for my backaches, but he also solved all my other problems like allergies and extremely bad cramps. Thanks to Dr. Mark I’ve never felt so healthy. I’m really glad I made that visit here.
